Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use AI Zombie Video (aizombievideo.co), why, and how long we keep it. Questions: support@aizombievideo.co.

What we collect

1. Account information — your name, email address and profile picture from Google, or the email you sign up with.
2. Photos you upload — the two photos you add to make a video.
3. Videos you make — the videos generated from your photos, with their settings (format, quality) and status.
4. Payment records — what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store full card numbers.
5. Usage and device data — basic logs and analytics such as pages visited, browser and device type, used to keep the service working and improve it.

How we use your photos

Your photos are used only to make the videos you ask for. They are sent to the AI video provider that renders your video, which processes them on our behalf and may not use them for any other purpose. We never show your photos or videos publicly, and we do not use them to train AI models.

How long we keep things

• Photos: deleted automatically 7 days after upload.
• Videos: kept in My videos until you delete them or delete your account.
• Account and payment records: kept while your account exists, and payment records as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices

You can delete any video from My videos at any time. To delete your account and everything linked to it, email support@aizombievideo.co from your account's email address. We'll confirm when it's done.

Consent for the people in your photos

Only upload photos of adults who have agreed to be in your video. If you appear in a video someone else made and want it removed, email us and we'll review it promptly.

Cookies

• Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice. They're always on.
• Analytics cookies come from Google Analytics and help us understand how the site is used. They're only set after you click Accept in the cookie banner; you can change your choice anytime via Cookie Settings in the footer.
• We also use Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool that doesn't track you across sites.

We don't use advertising cookies.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with access limited to what's needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

AI Zombie Video is not for children under 16, and photos of minors are not allowed.

Changes
