Refund Policy

We want every purchase to feel fair. Questions or refund requests: support@aizombievideo.co, from your account's email address.

Failed videos

If a video fails to generate, or a photo is blocked by the safety check, the credits for that video are returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Results you don't like

AI videos vary, and a finished video can differ from what you expected. Credits used for a video that finished successfully are not returned automatically. If a video is clearly broken (for example, it's missing a person, the wrong person turned, or the file won't play), email us with the video and we'll return the credits.

Unused credits

Credits never expire. If you bought a pack and haven't used any of its credits, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
